- We create Business Requirements required to obtain satisfactory proposals close to our needs: it includes high-level vision of solution and scope decomposition, critical functional requirements
- If needed, a limited set of wireframes are created
- Technical requirements also provided by us. They include preferable tech stack, architecture, system requirements, requirements for quality, security and more.
2 Create Questionary for Vendor
Our questionary for potential Vendor helps to check if it fits your expectations.
To create it, we use questions from the RFI dictionary. Questions cover such areas as:
- Info about Engineering team and Management such as seniority, certificates
- Regions where they are presented
- Info about Software Development Processes in Delivery including Management, Development, Quality Assurance etc
- Info about Similar experience of Vendor
- Vendor’s sources of trust (like reviews on Clutch, etc.)
3 Organize tender on Platforms

- We organize and manage tender on related platforms and communication channels
- We have a list of trusted vendors. We make a tender across them as well.
- We search for a proposal from different regions (based on your needs)
4 Analyze & prioritize proposals

- We analyze proposals from different perspectives such as technical definition of solution, price, duration, quality of materials, vendor capabilities, vendor reliability, similar experience and more.
- We additionally check if we can trust Vendors (like check recommendations, info publicly available etc.)
- Each proposal receives a score and we prioritize them.
