6. Dry run

In this step, we educate the Pre-Sales & Sales team how to use the created process and make some dry run on test requests. It also includes education about your Delivery capabilities. Finally, the team is ready to be involved in real request handling.


7. Launch

We support the Pre-Sales & Sales team on first request, check how the process works and resolve raised issues.
